Mrs. Smith has over thirty-three years’ experience in planning, grant writing and administration, funding procurement and program management. Mrs. Smith handles the day to day oversight of clients and projects.

      KEELEY GARRETT, GRANTS MANAGER

Mrs. Garrett has over fifteen years’ experience in grant administration and project management and serves as a liaison between all parties to keep her projects on track. Mrs. Garrett also handles several office management duties for ASC.
