Who we are

Allen-Smith Consulting, Inc. has been in operation since October 17, 1994. Patsy Allen and Debra Smith, co-owners, both have strong backgrounds in grant writing, grant administration and project management.

To date, Allen-Smith Consulting has obtained and administered over $300 million of grant funding across the state of Georgia, benefiting nearly 130,000 residents.
