Who we are

Allen-Smith Consulting, Inc. has been in operation since October 17, 1994. Patsy Allen and Debra Smith, started the company with strong backgrounds in grant writing, grant administration and project management.

To date, Allen-Smith Consulting has obtained and administered over $600 million of grant funding across the state of Georgia, benefiting nearly 150,000 residents.
